Our lead time for production upto delivery is 4-8 weeks since traveling back to the 90’s to get your orders done takes a lot of time.

Overall, JUANITA shoes fit normally. Although, it’s worth sharing some observations:

• JUANITA Shoes are average in width, but they can cope with slightly wider than normal feet. HOWEVER, if your foot is very wide, you might feel more comfortable going with 1 size bigger than your foot-length dictates. You will likely know if your foot is very much wider than average if you'll probably have had problems in the past with the width of some shoes. That said, you are welcome to send us your width measurements, or even a picture of your foot outline, and we'll give you our opinion and guesstimate.
• If caught between 2 sizes (e.g. your size comes to 37.5) then it's a matter of personal preference as to whether you should go for the bigger or smaller size (38 or 37), but in general, we find it is safer to go with the bigger size, especially if you are male. If you choose the smaller size, it may feel a little tight for the first wear, but the leather of the shoes will relax around the shape of your foot and it may relax so much that the shoe becomes comfortable over time. The safer option is to go for the bigger size from the beginning, which will be more immediately comfortable and spacious... and in general there's no harm having a shoe be a little too big.
• It is generally recommended that your toes should not touch the end of the shoes (wall of the shoes). When your toes are cramped, it can lead to discomfort, blisters, toenail damage and even damage the shoes.
• A properly fitting shoe should allow for about 1.5cm of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. This will give your toes enough room to move and prevent any rubbing or friction against the shoe.

We can only customize the color for certain styles, and accessories like hook and buckle and heels/soles if there is available for the specific shoes.

A pair of genuine leather shoes will stretch and soften over time. It may feel tight at first but depending on your feet/ usage it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to break them in.
